HEPA filter 

Sensibo Pure is equipped with a 3 layered, HEPA filter (pre filter, carbon filter, HEPA filter). This filter is capable of removing dust, pollen, smoke, bacteria, viruses and bad odors.

Pollution Sensor

Unlike many air purifiers, the Sensibo Pure has a built-in air quality sensor that can detect airborne pollutants. When pollution is detected the Pure activates it's high fan speed to clear out pollution from your air.

LED Pollution indicator

The Pure's LED light is more than just a convenient night light. The LED is pollution sensitive and will change color based on your rooms air quality levels.

Smart Pollution Notifications

What particle sizes are filtered by the Pure?

 Particles as small as 0.1um (more than 100 times thinner than a human hair) are filtered by the HEPA filter of the Sensibo Pure. This includes contaminants such as bacteria and viruses, as well as PM (particulate matter) PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10. Additionally, the active carbon filter absorbs atoms of harmful gases such as smoke and VOCs (Volatile Organic Components).

Why cant i just clean the filter instead of replacing it ?

It's a good practice to clean the filter from time to time with a wet wipe on the outside surface. However, the internal HEPA & Active Carbon filtration system is very delicate and cannot be cleaned, so it needs to be replaced to ensure the same level of purification.

What is the right time to replace the filter ?

On average 6 months is the right time to replace your Pure filters. But not all homes are created equal, so the Sensibo Pure uses a special algorithm that analyzes your home inside/outside pollution levels , usage patterns and other parameters in order to calculate the right replacement frequency for you.

In case we detect that you need a more frequent replacement cycle, we will offer you an upgrade at a discount.

How dose pure filter bad smells?

Sensibo filters incorporate a carbon filter that traps odor molecules through a process called absorption. Basically these molecules attach to the outside of a surface, rather than being soaked into it.
