Warranty Information
We offer a one-year warranty on this brand-new laptop, which covers hardware defects. Warranty service is provided by Goldsteps.mv, and we may collaborate with service partners for replacements or repairs. The warranty does not cover the following situations:
Misuse or Improper Use: Any damage resulting from not following the proper usage instructions as provided in the device manual found inside the box or on our website.
Physical Damage: Breakage, dents, or exposure to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high heat.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair or maintenance carried out by an unauthorized party that is not approved by Goldsteps.mv, as well as the use of non-SASO certified spare parts.
Software Issues: Operating system malfunctions or software malfunctions, whether caused by applications installed by the customer or previously installed applications. This includes the deletion of operating system files, hard-disk partitions, or issues caused by viruses.

Return and Replacement Process
